This policy sets out how orders placed on www.powersprinkle.com are processed, dispatched, and delivered. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Order processing and dispatch
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and courier serviceability at your location.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed on a Sunday or a public holiday enter processing on the next business day.
Delivery timelines and coverage
Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via order confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We deliver across India through third-party courier partners. Serviceability is confirmed against the delivery pincode you enter at checkout; if we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping or handling charge is calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you pay. The order total displayed at checkout is the full amount payable — there are no charges collected afterwards.
All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Risk and title
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure the shipping address and contact number you enter are accurate and complete — we are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier.
Failed delivery or non-receipt
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@powersprinkle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our courier partner. Based on the outcome of this investigation, we may, at our discretion, arrange a replacement shipment.
Damaged parcels and cancellations
If a pack arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the pouch, the packaging, and the shipping label. The full claim process is set out in our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
An order can only be cancelled before it is packed and handed to the courier. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — and because Power Sprinkle is a consumable food product, a delivered order cannot be returned or refunded except in the damaged, defective, or incorrect cases described in that policy.
