This Site is owned and operated by Instanutrients India Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its manufacturing at Savli, Survey No. 5, 6 & 7A, Village Poicha, Taluka Raniya, Gujarat 391780, India.

"Power Sprinkle" is a brand owned and operated by Instanutrients India Pvt Ltd. Instanutrients India Pvt Ltd may operate additional brands and websites in the future, each of which may be governed by its own specific terms where applicable; unless stated otherwise, this document governs your use of this Site and the Power Sprinkle brand.

2Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3Products

Power Sprinkle sells plant-based nutrition blends and related products as described on the Site. Our products are manufactured and sold in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and applicable regulations of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our FSSAI Licence Number is 11525997000425.

Product packaging carries mandatory information including ingredients, allergen declarations, nutritional information, net quantity, manufacturing/best-before dates, batch number, and MRP, in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules. Please always refer to the physical pack for the most current and accurate information, as this may be updated from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, ingredients, and images accurately on the Site. However, slight variations in packaging, ingredient sourcing, or nutritional values may occur between what is shown online and the physical product received.

Allergen notice: Our products may contain or be manufactured in a facility that also processes soy, nuts, seeds, and other allergens. Please check the ingredient list on the pack carefully if you have any known food allergies or sensitivities.

Product descriptions, health benefits, and usage suggestions on the Site are for general informational purposes only, are not medical or nutritional advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition, allergy, are pregnant or nursing, or are feeding the product to children.

Please store the product as per the instructions on the pack and consume it before the "best before" date indicated. Once opened, use within the timeframe recommended on the packaging and store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, reformulate, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

4Orders and pricing

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information at the time of order.

5Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or payment credentials.

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will typically be reversed by your bank/payment provider within their standard processing timelines. Please contact us at customercare@powersprinkle.com if this does not happen within 5–7 business days.

6Shipping and delivery

• We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and courier serviceability at your location.
• Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via order confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please refer to our separate Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped; once delivered, Power Sprinkle does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders, except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, as outlined in that policy.

8Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and trademarks — is the property of Power Sprinkle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power Sprinkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from misuse of the product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Power Sprinkle, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

15Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within one month from the date of receipt.
