Power Sprinkle Dosa
Crisp, Golden, and Better For You
The everyday South Indian dosa made exactly as always, with 5 g of Power Sprinkle stirred into the batter.
Ingredients
- 100 g (100 ml) dosa batter
- 5 g Power Sprinkle
Method
- Stir the Power Sprinkle thoroughly into the dosa batter until fully blended.
- Heat and lightly oil a dosa tawa. Pour a ladle of batter and spread thin in a circular motion.
- Cook until the base is golden and crisp, flip briefly if needed, and serve hot.
